日曜劇場「１９番目のカルテ」4話 『疾患』と『病い』その両方から､人は苦しむ
◇第4話のあらすじ
健康診断で糖尿病が発覚した安城耕太（浜野謙太）は、妻・早智（倉科カナ）に付き添われて内科に通院中。食事管理を徹底し、毎回病院にも付き添うなど、夫をサポートしてきた早智だったが、半年が経っても、耕太の検査結果は一向に良くならない。しかも、当の本人である耕太はどこかひと事のようで、治療に消極的だ。イライラが募る早智は、ついに「主治医の鹿山（清水尋也）の指導が悪い」と病院にクレームを入れる。
一方、面倒ごとが大嫌いな鹿山は、「こんなことで自分の評価を下げられたらたまらない」と、安城夫婦の診察を総合診療科に丸投げすることに！？ しかし、依頼を受けた徳重（松本潤）は、予想だにしないことを言い出す。それは「夫の耕太を鹿山が診て、妻の早智を滝野（小芝風花）が診る」という提案。しかし、滝野はどこか総合診療医を見下している鹿山と反りが合わず言い争いに。一方、安城夫婦の間の溝も深まるばかりで･･･！？

Episode4 Synopsis

Kōta Anjō (played by Kenta Hamano) is diagnosed with diabetes during a health exam and is currently visiting the internal medicine department, accompanied by his wife Sae (Kana Kurashina). Although Sae diligently manages his diet and joins him for every hospital visit, after six months, Kōta’s test results show no improvement. Moreover, Kōta seems detached, treating his illness as something that doesn’t really concern him and remains passive about his treatment. Frustrated, Sae finally lodges a complaint with the hospital, blaming their attending physician, Dr. Kayama (Hiroya Shimizu).
Dr. Kayama, who dislikes troublesome patients, fears that this complaint will damage his reputation—so he passes the Anjō couple’s case entirely to the General Medicine Department. Masaru Tokushige (Jun Matsumoto), who receives the referral, proposes a surprising idea: Kōta will continue to be seen by Dr. Kayama, while Sae will be treated by Dr. Takino (Fuka Koshiba). However, Takino looks down on general practitioners like Kayama, and the two clash almost immediately. Meanwhile, tension deepens between Kōta and Sae…
